Sound familiar?

The new appliance arrived, and it is still sitting in the box

The delivery crew set it down, looked at the gas line behind the old one, and left it disconnected. What was sold as a swap turns into a search for someone who will finish the job, while the old unit blocks the hallway and the laundry piles up.

We are remodelers first, not delivery contractors, so we handle the connections others walk away from: gas range lines, dryer venting, electrical and cabinet clearance. When the appliance does not fit as ordered, we can correct the surrounding space.

That is exactly why Premier Kitchen Solutions, LLC does it differently.

What we do

The In-House Install Standard

How the In-House Install Standard works

Premier Kitchen Solutions, LLC installs appliances in Cincinnati. Every job starts with an in-home consultation to measure the space and confirm the appliance fits and connects, then the same crew that scoped it does the work.

One team, from measurement to final connection, with zero subcontractors.

  2. Get your quoteA real person reviews the details and comes back with a clear answer.
  3. Fitted or fixedA scheduled visit, the work done in one go where possible, and the old unit taken away if you want.

Common questions

What happens to the old appliance?

Removal is usually arranged as part of the install, though it is worth confirming when the job is booked. Disposal of a unit holding refrigerant is handled differently from a plain metal one, so a fridge or freezer is sometimes treated separately from a washer or a range.

Do the gas or water lines need to be there already?

For a like-for-like replacement the connection points normally exist. A first-time dishwasher, an appliance moving to a new spot, or a change from electric to gas needs the line run first, which is plumbing or gas work booked ahead of the install rather than done during it.

How long does an installation take?

A like-for-like swap onto existing hookups is typically short, often well under half a day for a single unit. A new vent path, a valve replacement or an outlet change extends it, which is why the connections behind the unit are worth checking before a time is agreed.

Does an appliance installation need a permit?

A like-for-like replacement generally does not. Running a new gas line, adding an electrical circuit, or moving where an appliance sits can require one. Requirements are set by the local building authority rather than by the appliance manufacturer, so they vary by jurisdiction.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. Our workmanship is covered by a warranty. What it covers and for how long are set out in your written agreement.
